A keep fit class that is designed for older adults who want to socialise, build strength, flexibility and balance.  This class offers a variety of exercises that are enjoyable and fun.

Some classes are designed as gentle circuit using a variety of light equipment for those who want a little extra challenge. Some classes are seated and some are on a Swiss ball. Every class allows for adaptations and modifications to suit many personal needs. 

** Included in all Gym memberships (not included with a Racket Membership or Day Pass)

Members can book 7 days in advance. Non-members can book 3 days in advance. 

Cancellation Policy

If you do need to cancel or change your booking you can do this on the ClubRight app, in the Sports Centre or by calling 01474 707164

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class or activity will not be eligible for a refund. This applies to all payment methods, including credits, cash and card payments.
