This class is a full body workout using your bodyweight and weights to tone and improve your strength. ​Burn through calories, improve your stamina, increase your strength. Using a variety of exercises with/out weighted equipment. A dumbbell workout designed to burn calories whilst toning and strengthening lean muscle.

** Included in the Class and Gym Membership 

Members can book 7 days in advance. Non-members can book 3 days in advance.
