Boxing cardio and HIT all mashed together in a fun, inclusive high energy workout. Instructor provides equipment however you are welcome to bring your own. All abilities welcome.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class or activity will not be eligible for a refund. This applies to all payment methods, including credits, cash and card payments.
