Pilates Based is a mind-body workout that teaches you to create stability of movement from your core and to practise moving your body to move in alignment to how is it was designed, safely and effectively.

By doing so you develop strength, endurance, flexibility and increased mobility.

Mats are provided however you are welcome to bring your own.

Members can book 7 days in advance. Non-members can book 3 days in advance.

Cancellation Policy

If you do need to cancel or change your booking you can do this on the ClubRight app, in the Sports Centre or by calling 01474 707164

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class or activity will not be eligible for a refund. This applies to all payment methods, including credits, cash and card payments.
